Purchase Policy
Commotion Events is both an Organiser and an Agent which sells tickets on behalf of other parties. Terms and Conditions drawn up by our Suppliers, may restrict us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Our tickets are issued electronically and we recommend you back up copies both in your email system and on a data storage device or future reference. Commotion Events works closely with the industry to ensure profit from tickets through unofficial sources is reduced. Therefore we may restrict the amount of tickets sold at our discretion. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

Terms and Conditions
1. General
Commotion Events act as both Organiser and Agent. As Agent the terms governing the purchase of tickets remain under the terms and conditions of the supplier. Purchasing tickets deems the event or occasion is performed by a third party and therefore Commotion Events accept no liability of responsibility for the event.
2. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with Commotion Events are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


2. Tickets
2.1. All purchases made on our ticket ordering systems will appear on your statement as BSMSP

2.2. All transactions made through our website will indicate the full value of the ticket purchase cost. No additional fees to your purchase will be added. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.
2.3. Upon acceptance of you booking we will book on your behalf the event at the time and place requested. Whilst we will make every effort to provide the particular booking requested we reserve the right to change that booking providing the alternative booking is of equal or greater value to that requested.
2.4. After your booking you will be sent an email with summary of your order. Please print & retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via email. Your booking is confirmed only after we send you a second, confirmation email that your order has been processed. Please be alert to your spam settings in case it restricts access to our confirmation emails.
2.6. Confirmation email is normally sent within 48 hours of your booking or at least 24 hours before the show for advance orders.
2.7. You will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your tickets. In the event your ticket is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, please contact us on 0208 144 7995 or through email: info@sellingshow.co.uk so that we can contact the supplier on your behalf and make suitable arrangements for you to attend the event.

2.8 Commotion Events are not liable for incorrect information submitted or errors in obtaining tickets through our online ticket ordering system. Tickets which are incorrectly ordered or actions which involve the misuse or ticket request error of our ticket online system or paypal registering will be subject to no refunds. Any refunds are at the discretion of Commotion Events.

3. Delivery
3.1. A copy of your ticket purchase will be issued by post. If it becomes impractical to post confirmation due to the proximity of a performance date or in circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to make the tickets available for collection at the event

3.2. It is your responsibility to inform us of any change to your contact phone number, address or email before and after receipt of tickets.

4. Admission
4.1. The supplier reserves the right to refuse admission (for example due to being under influence of drugs or alcohol). A refund will not be given in such situation.
4.2. Resale of tickets purchased through this website is prohibited. Resold for commercial gain ticket becomes voidable and the ticket holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue

5. Events
5.1. Events and performances can be cancelled or postponed. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by us or the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on whether you are entitled to receive a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.

6. Refund Policy
6.1. Once the tickets are purchased they cannot be refunded or exchanged

6.2. Refunds cannot be made for tickets uncollected or unused.
6.3. In case of a cancellation or postponement of an event the Organiser or Supplier may not be liable to providing a refund. 6.4. If Commotion Events are unable to fulfil your order due to any of the reasons listed below you are entitled to a full refund with all the booking and handling fees paid:
o We dispatched the wrong order, i.e. wrong event/ wrong type of tickets
o We did not post your tickets in time or did not arrange for collection when it was agreed in writing
o Any of the similar circumstances where Commotion Events acted with negligence or might have acted in breach of contract.
In all the above circumstances Commotion Events will not be held further responsible if the full refund was duly given.

7. Disclaimer
7.1. Commotion Events exercise all reasonable endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the information on these pages however, the information on the site may be incorrect or out of date and may not constitute definitive or complete information relating to an event or any other subject matter. Prices are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.

7.2 The venue, Event Partner and Commotion Events accept no responsibility for any personal property or damage to any items taken into the event. 7.3 Ticket holders are required to adhere to Health & Safety rules and regulations of the venue and/or event

8. Unauthorised Use of the Website
8.1. The Website content and design is subject to copyright owned or licensed by Commotion Events. Reproduction of this website or passing off the company as another will result in legal action. Any illegal or unauthorised uses of the website, including attempts to sell access to or use of the site will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken.
